Rather than just picking effects from the library, try working with brushes and smudging. All I've seen you do so far is basic stuff like put a background on, use vector brushes and slap a render on.

I think its really good, one of your bests. But as Buea said you really need to try and use some different techniques. Custom work and originality is key to becoming a great artist in any form of art and music even video. Even using basic materials you can create something eye catching just with originality alone.
