If your just starting out its decent, Its too blurry though, try using a sharpen filter.

To do this hit layer>new layer. Then Image>Apply Image. Then Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen :)

Good though for a first try, keep working at it
Search for some tuts on google :)

O and iron man looks a little scrunched up, if you mad him taller it would look better :)
Click on the layer with ironman in it and then Ctrl+T then use the arrows to widen :)

I think it's freakin awesome but that's only 'cause I just started to do things on photoshop(as you can probably tell by my sig). And if you need help with anything photoshop related there's a website called planetrenders.net or .org or something. Anyway I give it a 9/10

Text needs some more improvement try using Impact for Killer then type in Ironman under it like in my signature with Impossible. http://www.dafont.com/impossible.font
