Is there a program that you can install on your PSP and hook it up to your PS2 and do the USB Connection thing and be able to dump the PS2 live memory that way you dont have to use PCSX ?

You need to tell the ps2 to dump memory with a code input to a cheat device, and USB dumping would probably only be possible on a game that already supports usb mass storage, even then that's some pretty advanced stuff.

IDOT was supposedly working on majicsave, a ps2 program that would do that on any game, but I have a feeling it might never be seen. In any case the PSP would just be acting as a storage device, no psp program is going to magically allow you to view/dump live memory over usb.
