You say it doesnt work, can you be more specific? I dont know what problem you are having.

when i press the upload button nothing happens.i select the game save then when i press upload nothing happens

vista or xp? Fully registered with mcode or trial version?

If on vista you must run as administrator to correctly register your mcode as vista restricts programs access to the registry
Once you have done this once you dont have to run as administrator again

Have you dragged your saves from the USB stick? or copied to pc

this makes the Xploder File needed to upload to the database

Ok, Ive set up software and activated the account. (Or tried). The server's down at the minute, but I'll upload all my PS3 saves later.
