is there any way to be able to listen to the music saved on my ps3 while playing online on games?

With the 2.40 update, in-game music was incorporated which allowed players to listen to their music while playing games. Though, in order for us to listen to the music, the developers' of the games must release a patch which allows us to do so. So far, no games that I know of have in-game music.
