to get them on both sides you need to use the left door and it depends on where you aim your reticle to have them stack the door. this is a great vid but this one explains it better.
when you stack the on the left door aim your site directly in the middle of the right side of the door and use the pillar directly in front of where you walk into the room that's what worked for me

another thing too is i notice while in the outfitting box it seems to stack the points all at once not seeming as long as before.
when you let got of l1 is when they teleport don't hold l1 too long after directing them to the door or it will spawn them by the door.

just try again and again til he faces the right way, come back every fifteen minutes and move your guy at the place where you spawn at checkpoint ambush, you will not freeze. look at the next thread with explicit directions, its good but you can get ur guys on the same side of hall just by clicking once on and then telling them to hold.

i like it better when i kill the guys caz u can also get ur assult, cqb up. also u get 10 xp instaid of 5
