It's a mistake. There isn't a dragon, but there is ammo.

There used to be a hidden dragon at rooftops but I don't think it's there anymore. Or everyone gets it before I do.

yea theres a dragon. its in the room where you do the glitch. (where you hump the wall until it eats you)
