I have found a new way to get outside the map, in the exact same place untill it got patched, on the uss lexington.

All you need to do is, on the upper deck were you can jump over on to that thing at the side of the turrets, that you can use the fan to get on top of, is brj sideways technique into the side of one of those blue containers and you are on the other side again but be carefull because more of the ground you can just fall through now damn the mods!
