how to team kill with teamkills off: you have to comitt suicide but it works. 1: get some mines drop them in a pile.
2: get in a tank drive over the mines.
3: wait for someone to come.
4: shoot the mines
5: BOOM!!!!! you both die.

note: I like to do this when my teammates are pushing me around
