i have a laptop with a wireless card, if i bought some ethernet cable and ran it from my laptop to my xbox, could i pick up an internet signal to play live?
i was just wondering because i didnt want to spend a 100 bucks on a wireless adapter.

Hey, You can do that... It's what I do. On your laptop though you have to make a netwrok bridge. Go to your wireless settings and find the netwrok sharing center. Click LAN and Wireless (Ctrl then click) then left click. Then it should say add to bridge or make bridge. After that you should be good to play. If you have any questions just google it, that's where I found how to do it.
