Sounds like it could be an NAT / ISP issue... I know over here in Jersey with Comcast, they just give the whole house one connection, one IP addy, and NAT only works on one device at a time. Guild Wars freaks out if I try to get on Live at the same time thanks to our connection.
It could also simply be that the same house IP is searching for two of the same thing at the same time from different internal IPs. |

well i can have my pc, laptop and 360 running all at the same time and have no problems what so ever, when she does connection test on 360 it always fails on xbox live, opend xbox live ports on router and phone xbox live support over 10 times now, when we contact xbox live they fix the problem but only tempery, when we turn the console on the next day we have the same problem, so have to phone them again, but now we have been on hold with xbox live for 30 mins and still no supervisor.
