waht happens when you get them do you send it to micros sfot or take to best buy to get a new one casue thats waht they told me to do if anything happened i just curious i dont have them but it has hapend to my brother and my sisters boyfriend

my mate sent it bak to microsoft after 2 days he got a new 1 but it rrod after 2 hours lolso they sent him an elite console for 3

U hav 2 call microsofts hotline, then you send it back n get a new one. TBH the service is terrible, they took about 4 months 2 send my Xbox 360 back, n I had 2 call the manager because they CBA actually pickin up the xbox, then I got NO freebies 2 compensate for the time they took, besides that stupid 1 month trial everyone else gets

Sorry for the angry rant, it's just me and microsoft don't see eye 2 eye atm
