i've been thinking about doing this ever since i got my 360 about 6 months ago, i had great results with my psp, and i'd like to see the same with my 360.... few questions though:

1. i have a significantly new 360 (6 months old) have there been any new upgrades to stop hacking?

2. what's the chance that i mess up on something small (i usually follow guides EXACTLY), and will it ruin my 360?

3. Red ring? i know there's ways to fix it, but do they involve anything OTHER than sending it to MS?

This is good cause I actually have a 360 at home thats out of commision indefinitely. So I can open that baby up and tinker with it for a while. It'll probably a little more productive than just trashing it like I originally intended to do. I was gonna record myself and a friend in Taliban masks with it layed out in front of us and Jihad that son of a bitch. But this seems a lot more fun. Maybe I'll hold off the execution for a few more weeks :-)
