This is not really hidden
sure its not brilliantly well known
but it doesnt achieve much
All it does is clear the cache and means you have to download your game patches again when you play them.

That deletes the cache so you would have to re-download all game updates

Yea I forgot to put that, but if you had your 360 for a while why not do it to make it run better? Then just reistall the updates:D To bad like fastsangsrus said they don't last that long anyway:(
